Poverty/Food Security

 

Estimates on poverty and food security varies. There is however a substantial part of the Rwandan population that suffers from both. The Government of Rwanda has set up a system, with donors, to single out the poorest in the poor areas. It is called the VUP Umurenge programme and it work both in practise and in theory.
