Denmark
About 35% of the danish people do volunteer work, for exposed people, next to their jobs. Many group together, to share about issues they face. Many get out of an addicition by seeking help. There are even volunteers to help kids with their homework.
This big network of aid is not listed together anywhere else, so there's no telling how many aiding associations there are in Denmark and it may be difficult for some to find aid, even if it is offered next door, as in Denmark we do not speak much with our neighbors. Instead the majority is conncted to the internet, so it makes sense to gather the aid here and give some oversight and insight into what is offered both locally and on an international level.

Aid Evaluator seeks volunteers
To gather all the information, about who helps where, volunteers play an essential role at Aid Evaluator. The hope is that ordinary, as well as extraordinary, people will become responsible for their local area. Being responsible means finding the aid organizations, clubs, or associations, which help and trying to keep this information updated.

Aid Evaluator
Help should be easy to find. Relevant information about those who offer help must be available to both donors and those in need of help.
Better information is the best way to facilitate a more efficient aid delivery system. It is too much work for any one organisation. It can only be done by ordinary and extraordinary volunteers like me and you.
How does this work?
Of course, when you active engaged people start putting in information there will be more to go by but so far the information is limited. Thus, examples or working pages is in order:
To find the right aid you may choose to pick a topic or a country. Like Denmark
Then you should be able to find your specific area, like Aalborg
Where you can find local ngos like Ibis Aalborg
You can find even smaller villages, like Als
There you can also find information on local NGOs like Ældresagen i Als.
