Development Oversight and Insight

Find help in your area or find the best cause to aid

The site is a long way from being done, in fact it will never be quite done, as it aims to list all the aid available and provide relevant information about aid organizations to both those seeking aid, the providers, and the potential donors.

Hopefully, a broad base of people will help build such a wikipedia-like information source, so that aid can become better targeted, more transparent and easier, for both those in need and donors, to find and trust.

Much information is still lacking and YOU are needed to help to improve aid by providing, the lacking bits of information. You can help through simple internet searches or by giving a list of places that offer help near you.

Aid Evaluator seeks volunteers to help find information about organisations.

To gather all of the information needed to help people, all over the world, volunteers play an essential role at Aid Evaluator.

The hope is that ordinary, as well as extraordinary; people will become responsible for their local area. Being responsible means updating the site on the available offers of help and trying to keep this information updated.

Show support for Aid Evaluators sister-site: The Charity Review on Facebook

Aid Evaluator does not want you money, it wants your backing and your specific knowledge, about projects that help.

Furthermore, Aid Evaluator needs publicity. If people can neither find the help they seek, nor add information about the projects they know of, simply because they are not aware of the existence of Aid Evaluator; it won't do much good.

So do spread the word though Facebook, for instance. The Charity Review is the same as Aid Evaluator only focused on Denmark; to get at least one country to work. The idea cannot work without massive support.

Aid Evaluator

The aid of today is too fragmented, too complex, and often even too inefficient. It is not only big organizations who need to change this; we all need to chip in.

  • Help should be made easier to find.
  • Knowledge, about those who offer help, has to be available and relevant.

The site can only work if people everywhere add small bits of information about their local aid.

How does this work?

When You start putting in information, there will be more to go by but so far the information is limited. Thus, examples of pages, with info, is given here:
