FHI 360 operates from 60 offices with 4,400 staff in the U.S. and around the world. In Rwanda, FHI has been strengthening health systems and building local capacity to respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic for over a decade. In recent years, our portfolio has expanded to include: both clinical and community-based support for reproductive maternal, and child health; economic and food security; population-health-environment integration; research and data management technical assistance.
